Grilled Longanisa sausage and bangus (milkfish)

This is all bought. My mom gets the fish in Dagupan, Phillippines, where they are known for their fish ponds. Milkfish is a VERY bony fish, but this is already deboned and butterflied and marinated. "bangus" translates to "belly", which is referring to the best part to the fish - the belly fat!
