Short ribs and a new toy

Long time no post. First weekend in a while at home to just relax and do some cooking. Today was short (plate) ribs, some peppers and onions, and a few taters. Sorry that I only got pics of the short ribs. They were finished in beer and stock in the CI Dutch oven and were awesome. About 5 hrs total.
At the risk of being a braggart I included a pic of the new toy. Maybe you salt water guys @NPHuskerFL, @SGH, etc. will appreciate it. Been fishing a lot in the last few weeks.

@SGH good question. I've told my kids that WTF means "Where'r the fish". The water temp right now in our GA lake is 92*...92efing degrees. So fishing has been slow. Give me another month and I hope to catch a freezer full.
@Killit_and_Grillit thanks man. I have a bass boat for sale that this boat is replacing. This one fishes 4 folks better than my Skeeter did.Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?

@ksmyrl my uncle did the same with his center consol Mako. We can fish 5 comfortably in bay.

Good to see you're alive and kicking. Solid looking cook Kevin. Sweet boat also. This is the first year in 2.5 decades that we didn't get our beaches stamp/sticker nor any fishing. @Little_Steven - I know that winter is lurking in the GWN but that lawn needs work Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
