It's that time again.

Time to smoke cheese.  My supply of smoked cheese ran out a month ago so I took advantage of a cool morning here in Tulsa to replenish my cheese drawer.  My friends and family love this stuff.  It's an easy cook, the waiting time for it to cure is the difficult part.


Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
