Time to smoke cheese. My supply of smoked cheese ran out a month ago so I took advantage of a cool morning here in Tulsa to replenish my cheese drawer. My friends and family love this stuff. It's an easy cook, the waiting time for it to cure is the difficult part.






Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

I used the A-Maze-N smoker maze tray with a mixture of apple chips and apple pellets. Cold smoke for 2-2.5 hours. I just finished vacuum packing the cheese and now I'm smoking paprika.Killit_and_Grillit said:Looks amazing.
