As a life long grease monkey, and, if I can blow some smoke up my own ass, I can fix virtually anything mechanical. I'd watch the show and try to guess the diagnosis. I was aligned with at least one of them most of the time.

Getting back to the original posters question, from day one a doctor I know said what he could see from the video (which he admitted is not near enough to make a diagnosis) is that it looked like a neurological problem. Hillary can be seen holding the fingers of a woman while waiting for the motorcade. I am told that squeezing someones fingers is a neurological test. Now remember, I am not a doctor, I just play one on ceramic cooker forums.
The woman looks a lot like Hillary's personal physician.
