What better EGGsperiment at the Chicken Ranch than to cook some Bang Bang Chicken.
Yes, the 'Chicken' version of the famous 'Bang Bang Shrimp' appetisers served in many places.
We had to do some tweaking but it actually turned out great.
Plus we got some new ideas from it.
