What better EGGsperiment at the Chicken Ranch than to cook some Bang Bang Chicken. 

Yes, the 'Chicken' version of the famous 'Bang Bang Shrimp' appetisers served in many places. 

We had to do some tweaking but it actually turned out great. 

Plus we got some new ideas from it.

Looks good, Spring. I was moving some stuff in my garage last night and came across my poor, pathetic, neglected wok. I need to get it out, clean it off, maybe reseason it and put it back to work.
