Baja Shrimp Tacos w/ Chipotle Sauce and Cabbage Slaw
Title mostly says it. My much, much better half created some Spanish rice amped up with jalapeño, tomato, cilantro and cheese. Both were delicious.

We'll eat 100 day old, prime ribeye next Saturday the 17th. As per Stike's recommendation, we'll also have fresh prime ribeye (the girls gotta eat too), 45 day ribeye and probably 60 DA ribeye. Independent judges are @theyolksonyou (what a stupid screen name!), his delightful family, @johnmitchell and his wife along with my much, much better half and Michael's bride.
