Baja Shrimp Tacos w/ Chipotle Sauce and Cabbage Slaw

Title mostly says it.  My much, much better half created some Spanish rice amped up with jalapeño, tomato, cilantro and cheese. Both were delicious.

Awesome looking cook but I got to say the gravity force in your area must be lacking,  if I turned my eggs and plates on their side I would loose all my food.  What's the trick?  Would @tarheelmatt not edit you pics tonight? Lol.
