Just waking up in the morning gotta thank god

I don't know but today seems kinda odd.  It's Monday and I'm not at work!

Growing up I was never really exposed to brisket, so I am not any type of expert on how to prep, cook, etc. I did some reading in here and just kinda had fun with it.  Ran the egg at 325 with rock wood and oak chunks. It tastes really good and was fairly fun and easy.
