@DoubleEgger: Great band and fantastic setting. Have you been to Prague before? Had a fantastic time there the fall before last. Some great restaurants for dirt cheap if you venture off the beaten path.DoubleEgger said:I don't know about low and slow but I'll be watching the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Prague this weekend.
We were lucky in that RHCP was just in town for a huge music festival in July. They put on a good show. -
Pork going down here in about 30 minutes... My pulled pork game has severely been lacking as of late. So I'm going Chris Lilly style and chopping that ish with my new meat cleaver.

@doubleegger just got back from Prague about a month and a half ago, If you have never been the place is pretty amazing. Tons of things to do and see as well as eat/drink for a more than reasonable price if you choose the right place. Enjoy, that sounds way better than my weekend visiting my gfs sister out in Long Island leaving behind my egg at home

Never been to Prague. We are headed to Kraków as well. We're doing food tours in each city so perhaps I'll have something relevant to post.Bart1434 said:@doubleegger just got back from Prague about a month and a half ago, If you have never been the place is pretty amazing. Okay, off to Costco...will see what looks good today.

I'm not backing down from those free sample lines either! I'm going to elbow my way through all the senior citizens and Asians and get the first hot sample before they can even place it on the napkin! TAKE NO PRISONERS!!!
Sorry, got a little carried away there...

Disappointed in the selection at my Costco today, although I walked away with a brisket. A 4 lbs. flat was the biggest they had! ($5.99/lbs)
I did find myself looking at the whole boneless pork loins. That's a big chunk of meat for $15. Never cooked one whole, I usually cut it into chops...but still, must be a way to make that delicious on the egg, right?

Give pork roulade recipes a google search. Great way to cook up a pork loin. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
