Thanks @johnmitchell. They were huge BB's. I'm not sure there was any tenderloin left on this hog. The butcher left a lot on the bones! I was looking for Stl cut, but I resorted to buying these because it's always better to buy the best looking stuff, even if it's not what you came for.johnmitchell said:Those are some meaty ribs..
