Smoked thighs, lima beans, corn and a biscuit...nothing wrong with that.

OK, way to many carbs since I am supposed to be cutting back, but decided to not count carbs tonight. Good color and flavor on the thighs, using cherry wood for smoke, indirect at 225 to internal of 170. Took about four hours, but I did bump the heat up to about 300 for the last 30 minutes or so. Served with some lima beans and corn and a biscuit.
