Smoked Chicken; Bloody Mary Tomato Salad; Mexican Fruit Salad

Wanted to smoke a chicken but they were all so small decided to smoke chicken halves. 


Bloody Mary Tomatoe Salad, one of my summer favorites. 


Mexican chili fruit salad, a very typical street snack. Spears of cucumber, mango, watermelon and pineapple, drizzled with lime and a sprinkle of chili powder.
