First meatloaf

Seeing all the talk of meatloaf, I'd never made one any other way but 'gofert' on the Egg. Light smoke, 300 degs 160 internal temp. Used one of the recipes with peppers, onions, shrooms. Pretty generic. Sauced with a combination of Baby Ray's and some salsa and ketchup with tad of rice wine vinegar.  It was enjoyed.  Biscuits were done on the shutdown cycle.  Pictures a little large. Portsmouth, VA.  LBGE.  Missed all this fun till now.   Update: Minimax added to arsenal. Hint, don't take off camping for a month after getting a LBGE, and leave it home, it'll cost you plenty.
