Just some misc cooks. Still egging a few nights a week, nothing to new or crazy though, same old same old during the busy summer. Hope all are doing well. Just a few where I decided to snap a picture. Reverse sear done to a perfect 130 with some sides on the BlackStone, some of the best wings I have made yet, sweet and hot with home made glaze, some random tuna melts, and thighs...
