Grilling fruit?

When grilling fruit like pineapple or peaches, is it best to go direct or indirect? Any other tips?

I go direct. With the grid at the gasket line and lump below the fire bowl not fire ring.

Definitely direct. I usually soak in rum and pineapple head first.

Direct......pineapple with some Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head is awesome!!

Peaches, pears, etc it's all good.

If you have a salt block or lava rock, try banana slices and top them with a halved donut hole.

Try soaking in a little brandy before putting on the pineapple head.

Direct. Make sure your grate is oiled so nothing sticks.
