repurposed wok

Found a retired carbon steel wok. Cut out the bottom and loop handles ...

In the large...

...with stock grid

...with CI grid on CGS Spider. Hopefully it'll work well with searing or wokking (without the CI).
In XL... can't wait to try a beer can chicken surrounded by lump.

I think a slightly deeper wok with less flare will work better but have to settle for what's on hand

Very cool! Turbo Sear unit

Bet chicken in the XL will be crispy skinned goodness.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
