I made some thighs tonite as well. Mine are from home grown chickens. I will try the lime next time. Looks like thighs are boring on the forum but I sure like the look of yours! Nice work (broccoli to! )In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

You guys with those beautiful counters and nice plates make me envious. My Beautiful Wife and I are in the second week of my teardown and rebuild, forcing us to eat off a butcher paper covered, junk table and paper plates, here, until done. After the rebuild, if I eat a popsicle I am posting it.
