3, 1.5, .5 was my cook. 225 for the first 4 1/2 hours then got it up to 300 for the last 30 min when I put the glaze on. Pretty happy with my 1st 2 cooks!

Alright so 1st cook turns into 1st weekend of cooks. Grilled burgers tonight, they didn't last so didn't get pics but they were amazing. Crazy thing to me was I still had enough lump left from my rib cook to cook burgers. Then the boys wanted to roast marshmallows and make s'mores so cranked up the fire and they turned out perfect!XL BGE,Murfreesboro, Tennessee
