I finally got around to ordering me some accessories for my Mini-Max yesterday afternoon. And they were just delivered a few minutes ago.
That's fast!
Well packaged too so I'll keep the box for something I need to box up.
We already made plans off ranch for dinner, so maybe I'll break 'em in tomorrow. After all the chatter about the Grill Grates, I just had to try them. Yes, there will be pictures.

Spring "I'm In Charge And I've Got My Wife's Ok On It" Chicken

Just rec'd a 14 inch carbon steel wok and wok ring for my medium egg from them. Its nice they still stock the 5 notch rings for the older Eggs. Great service, my only complaint is they use FedEx. I much prefer UPS. True to form the delivery was a day late due to a "delivery exception". Not a big deal just consistent with my FedEx experiences.
Just cleaned up the wok yesterday and will begin seasoning it tomorrow and cooking with it on Saturday. Hope to have some pics to post soon
