L'il Biebs at it again

just got back from the beach and wanted to fire up L'il Biebs. We had stuff jalepeno cheddar sausage pork chips from Salt Lick sausage company. With that we had tomatoe pie made with fresh tomatoes from our garden.the particular tomatoes in this by were lemon boy and better boy.

    We made our first tomato pie a couple of months back. It was great.

    @BHEDGES1987 The recipe for tomato pie is


    2 cups bisquick mix

    1/2 pint or so whipping cream

    combine these together and then bake at 400 for 15 minutes remove from oven and let cool.

    cook some onions to taste and then combine them with one cup of your favorite cheese and 1/2-1 cup of mayo salt peeper and thyme to taste. mix all of this together and set aside.

    Peel 2-3 tomatoes depending on size and put the slices on top of the cooled dough. Then spread the mayo mixture over the top of the tomatoes and bake at 350 for another 10-15 minutes.
