Beef ribs and pork ribs

Finally in town long enough to egg something. Doing the beef ribs with Fiesta brisket rub. Doing the pork ribs with Chupacabra rub. Both compliments of @Foghorn (thanks again!). Thought I should put the beef ribs on for an hour before the pork ribs. Planning on 3:2:1 on the beef and 2:1:1 on the pork. Seem like good timing to the experts?
