Finally nailed some ribs, they have always been okay but this time they were awesome. Cooked at 240, foiled and added Rufus teaque honey sweet to one rack and guy fieri bourbon brown sugar to the other rack at about the 5 hour mark and cooked for another hour or so. I bought the guy fieri a while ago at Costco, it is okay but not great, the Rufus teaque is awesome.

I love ribs and love cooking them. As mentioned previously, in posts by fellow Eggers, GF's stuff is over blown bs in my kitchen.

Unsurprisingly Guy had very little to do with it.LBGE

I have one more bottle of "guy" left cuz it was a Costco pack, but after that he is do e here as well. After asking about sauces in another thread I went on the hunt for a few of them and managed to find some.
Thanks for the compliments, they tasted awesome.Large BGEBBQ Guru DigiQ IIMartensville, Saskatchewan Canada -

"Why did the toasted marshmallow taste like fish?" One of the most brutal reviews I have ever read. Deserved, definitely deserved but brutal...Acn said:

We are getting on of these in Louisville this year and I was pumped to try it until I read this. At least I saved the time and money for the disappointment
