Steak Sandwich, Hotdog, and Turtle

Steak was a few degrees past medium. Cooked it on the cast iron griddle and then put it on the grate for grill marks.

Topped with Asiago, provolone, sautéed onions, and au jus mixed with Heinz 57.

My 3 yr old prepared the turtle. It's a little undercooked.

    Fine looking meal!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

It's good that the 3 year old knows to err on the side of undercooking.  You can always put it back on the grill.
