Reverse sear, caveman.

Because, hey, why not? Turned out very good. Reverse sear is the way to go. As I was taking off the plate setter to bump up the temp for the sear, I noticed the nice clean bed of coals, let them come up a bit in temp and just plopped the nice sized sirloin right on the lump. Called an audible if you will. A couple of minutes on each side, no lump stuck and it was delicious.
