Baby back ribs on Father's Day

She asked what I wanted to eat on Father's Day. I said ribs and a frozen custard cone from Jimer's. Drove 25 minutes each way for a cone. Yea they're pretty good. Started the Egg low and slow at 275. Three half slabs went on with apple and hickory smoke mixed in the lump. All three finished at different times so one by one they went FTC. Dry rubbed with Q BBQ Rub overnight. Sauce on the side. Pretty good. I'm getting better at ribs but not there yet. 












I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
