Been a long time visitor of the forum and haven't made a post yet and wanted to share a few! I started out with a cheaper metal kamado for a few years before making the leap to the green side! I bought a lg bge in February and cook on average 4-5 times a week on it and love it! Wanted to thank everyone for the tips and help throughout this forum! I've cooked everything from burgers to a 13 lb whole packer that ran for 19 hours at 250! Love this forum!

what are those mushrooms stuffed with? they look awesome! -

The mushrooms were nothing fancy. Spinach artichoke and some mozzarella I believe. Half way through the cook I. Drizzled some garlic buttah over the top that really made them shine.

Welcome from another noob and fellow Hoosier.
