Nice, those look good. What temp did you get the grill to and how long did they take? I use CI to blacken catfish all the time so just curious how this compares as far as temp/time.--Because I'm like ice, buddy. When I don't like you, you've got problems.

Kept the skillet on the flame with the dome closed until it heated up and held the temp at 350 for 15 minutes. Added some EVOO and the fillets and closed the dome.
