Pork cushion

What can be done with it? Was in Cash and Carry the other day and noticed it was priced pretty damn low...

I saw those as well. I want to do more research, but I think they are fattier than a Butt.

It is part of a pork shoulder - from the picnic portion I believe.  Treat it like any shoulder meat.  GFS sells them 4 pieces in a package.  Each one is just the right amount for stew/chili recipes.

In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’  Dare to think for yourself.

Good to know and thanks. I saw them at GFS myself. I keep pulled pork on hand full time. I might try a pack and see if I like it or the size any better
