Super Nachos in a Lodge CI Skillet


Planning a multi-layer super nacho cook. Ground Beef, Beans, Vidalia Onion, Tortillas, Jack and Queso Cheese, Jalepenos, topped with Green Onion, Guac, Pico and Cilantro.

Plan to brown beef w/ onion and beans then layer chips, mixture and cheese in the CI Skillet.

I'm thinking indirect at 350 for 3-5 minutes until cheese melted. 

Given such a short time on the egg can I just go direct? 350 Make sense? 400 Better?
