Ribs, 300 for 3 hours indirect. Homemade rub and BBQ sauce, 1 hickory chip for my first smoke ring. Happy hubby.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Those are some beautiful ribs there! I'm sure they were as good as they looked. Great job figuring out how to get them to fit on the spit. Genius!

@Dredger, @smokeyw. Cut a small slit every third rib and weave the rod through. next time, going to try 2 slabs. radical. They were quite good. made the attached bbq rub and sauce for them. post pls.

@bigbadben-I was using a homemade rub with brown sugar and didn't want the direct flame burn on the rub. Had I been using just salt and pepper (which I do a lot) I go direct.BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500. Obsessed with rotisserie.
