Copper River Sockeye from Costco on MM with Stuffed Artichokes

Tonight's menus was a hit and thanks for all of the great advice.  You all have upp'd my game and spoiled my husband big time.

Found the rub recipe on the forum



Brushed on Dijon mustard and applied the rub, put on mm on cedar planks



Took about 14 minutes at 400 after heating up cedar planks for 3 minutes




And stuffed artichoke halves with mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic, butter, parsley, Parmesan cheese.  Yum







BGE Large and MiniMax, Napolean 500.  Obsessed with rotisserie.
