Greetings Fellow Eggheads

I guess this is my "official intro" since it's my first thread that I've created. I've been around for a few weeks commenting on other posts. I've had my LBGE for about a month and I love it! I've cooked on it probably 20 times already. I should have bought one years ago! Although I'm new to the Egg, but not outdoor cooking, I'm looking forward to absorbing as much info from this boards as I can. We have a lot of seasoned vets, from what I can tell, that have great experiences to share.

So for my first post, I bring you a very simply 6lb Spatchcock chicken with Dizzy Dust, direct, raised on the oval AR. I'll post the completed pic when she's done

BTW, I'm a huge Colts and Hoosiers fan, so come football/NCAA basketball time I may occasionally talk some smack :) And yeah, I just played the "man card" on with the 50 cal bottle opener. Now you all want one...
