I'm just a 'little' disappointed in the results. I put cold ice water in the cooler for a few minutes to get cold to start my test! Then dumped it out, I put 7 cold beers and 2 cold bottles of water, topped with 10 pounds of ice. I started this test on Friday at noon and left the cooler closed for 24 hours, then closed it and opened it up again today at noon. The last time I opened it was at 3pm today all the ice was gone. I left the cooler in my garage which is neither warm or cold. Not really close to the "up to 5 days" their web site claims. In my case the ice lasted 51 hours. I'm sill glad I bought it. The design and quality will work great for me.

What a waste of cold beer!

I can't believe a soft sided cooler could go 5 days on 10 lbs of ice. 51 hours is pretty good to me.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

I agree 51 hours was impressive. I guess I bought in to RTIC's claims.McKinney, TX

I was left with the same impression. However, those beers ought to be super cold despite how the ice looks!Memphis TN - Large Green Egg

@Lmidkiff - Will the 20 hold a couple of growlers standing up? I see on the website that the internal dims of it would make a growler pretty tall to fit and still close the lid without putting a strain on the zipper.
I posted on Travis' thread about the 30 but it appears to be sinking.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN! -

@minniemoh
the 20 is taller by a half inch than the 30 internally. The 20 comes to 10" and the 30 is 9.5" internal. The standard most common shaped glass 64oz growlers are 10.44" tall and 4.87" wide. The 20 is 12" wide internally. That should accomodate just fine.

The inside seems malleable enough for it not to be a problem to fit the extra .44".
Hope that helps.Memphis TN - Large Green Egg
