I believe code calls for an accessible shutoff. It's probably there somewhere.

Check in the cabinets that surround the range - the huge ranges usually a shut off in a cabinet nearby.

I went with the Capital Culinarian. We redid our kitchen 1.5 years ago. I love this thing. 3 of the 4 burners are 23k btu. The wok grate is awesome too. I went with the grill in the middle, probably should have gotten the griddle.
