Fish & lobster taco night

Picked up some Atlantic cod and a couple of small lobster tails for tacos. Made a paste with cilantro, garlic, evoo, a little butter, ancho powder, lime zest and lime juice for a quick marinade and baste. Also grilled up some corn that I dressed with lime juice, cracked pepper, salt and ancho chili powder.
No assembled pics, but my wife picked up some 'tortillas' made from jicama. They were pretty good. I still had to have a couple with corn tortillas, but the jicama worked.

Looks like a great weekend cook for our house. We use jicama tortillas too. Thanks for posting.1 Large BGE, 1 Mini BGE, 1 Minimax BGE, Original wife and 3 dogs living in the heart of BBQ country in Round Rock Texas.
