Sunday rib cook!

Nothing new or special here folks, just thought I'd share my rib cook with you all. I used plowboys pork rub and for smoke peachwood chunks from Hawgeyes. Plan to do some kind of 3-2-1 wrap with honey, butter, and brown sugar. Will get a pic of finished product even if its not the best smoke ring I've ever had :-)

    Ribs look pretty!  Back yard looks REAL pretty!!!  Just need a happy little one or two playing, swinging, enjoying that big blue sky to complete the picture...  and smelling the smoky lusciousness of the ribs, and asking, "Are they done yet?  Are they done yet?  Are they done yet?"  :)

    Agreed. My fraternal boys will be 3 in a month. Unfortunately there close to not needing naps anymore so we don't get much of a break anymore.
