New to forum so I haven't posted much. I will start posting more of my pictures. This is a rack of Backs i did the other day. Did a modified 3-2-1. I used 2-1 1/2-3/4 over some Cherry. Used this rack as research and development on a rub and sauce/glaze I am tweaking. No complaints from the family so I guess it came out ok! Comments
