Not much luck with search feature. I have cooked several partially cooked hams with just rub and have had good luck. Anyone cover with mustard like pork ribs? If so does it help and if so, rub first or mustard first. Thanks, Jim.

    jbrodie,
Hi and long gone Egger by the name of JJ had a great Mustard rub I believe Bill Wise has it in his cook book or you may find it in the Recipe section on the home page here but may be listed for PP or ribs JJ used it for a lot of things and a lot of folks loved it. I am sure you will also.
