Ok if you leave Friday after work and drive most of the way and get back on the road early Saturday you will be fine. Get a hotel for Saturday night and drive home Sunday and back at work Monday! problem solved see you and your BEAUTIFUL WIFE Saturday.

NPHusker--we are cooking, so come on by and say hello--easy to find--orange balloons, tiger paw apron, clemson ez up--who would've thunk we would have some orange involved? Our menu is finalized--start shopping tomorrow: ABT's finished with hot pepper raspberry chipotle sauce, cast iron skillet shrimp and grits, cubans made with cuban pork butt smoked all night Friday night, and some super thin homemade crust grilled pizzas (right now buffalo wing and morrocan chicken pizzas).

Thanks. Lot to do between now and then, but always fun. My high school age nephew wants to learn how to cook on the egg, so I will break him in right on Saturday--LOL.

And nothing gluten free or calorie free, so don't ask. My only gripe with tasters is the ones who ask "can I have a plain one", or "can I have one without "x"" No, you can't, you can only have it "my way". The cooks all work hard on what they put out, taste it like it is or move on. That really only happened to me at Eggtoberfest in Atlanta, the folks in Hiawassee are polite and know better. LOL

Gary, Ron has lent to me the bourbon slushy mantle. I'll do my best using his tutelage. Gonna bring some since brother Ron is gimpy and covered up with top secret work. I have the first ingredient. I'll be around to help all day my friend if you need it.
