    Cooking SHMBO a pork tenderloin and I'm going with jumbo wings from @biggreencraig's favorite butcher shop, Pattons in Duluth, GA.  Wings have been on the fridge with Dizzy's  Tsunami Spin and Oakridge BBQ's Habanero Death Dust since 11AM. Egg is ready with remaining Sugar Maple topped with fresh Rockwood and some apple chips soaking. In the meantime......Tito's and Grapefruit.

    Is your beautiful wife bringing a Pee-Can pie for us? I'm sorry but I have to go public with this but it was the best P C pie I have ever had in my short 60 years of life! Oh and your in charge of the Bourbon Slushy's only because your a KY fan and Yukon has a bad toe......... Looking forward to next weekend for sure. :)

    Funny post.....be careful about the pee can.....I use to have one of those in my basement (earlier house) before I had a bathroom built.

    My best friend is up to the task brother!  Would it be ok if we distribute the pie at your station?  We're tasters at this event.  As far as the slushies, I'm down but totally intimidated!  @YukonRon's were off the hook!  I'll use his recipe but make no promises.

    Slushies will happen!  We're gonna drive up Friday afternoon, staying at the lodge.  Nichole is gonna do 4 pies again.  You guys up on Friday right.  We'll go to the meet and greet despite not being cooks.  Looking forward to it!

    Kicked some ass tonight. Appies and brisket for the Derby Thurby. Pappy and southern rhone. Derby hats for the women, a wonderful fire with the blues. Got maybe 20-25 folks left. Going to watch the Phillies tomorrow, then heading to Saint Louis.

    As you know, that is the thing about the Derby in this town, It is a Party for a month, and you never know what is coming through the gates. 
    I thought of you the moment it was offered. Everyone had at least 1 finger neat. It was as I had expected, smooth, and fine, just like a Kentucky Woman.

    Great news on the Slushies and the meet and greet is 100% open to anyone that is in town and part of the taster tickets. Ya better keep a pie for us on the side! Ok at least 2 slices. I just found this this morning and I have no idea why I never posted it!
