I'm considering subscribing and while I can cost justify it I just would like to hear from any current or past users. Primarily is it as easy to use as their tutorial and sales pitch say? TIA

We use it at our corporate office and we have been generally satisfied with it. It's pretty straightforward.

I didn't realize people still actually mailed stuff

Use it all the time to mail small packages and what few envelopes we send out. Great time saver for meArlington, TX 1 large, 1 medium, 1 Mini Max, and a 22" Blackstone

I'm just trying to find out if there are any hidden fees, but I wanted to talk with other small users who mail packages on a regular basis.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

I pay $15/ month for the service and buy postage on top of that. You can buy sheets of unprinted stamps and print your own but I don't remember what that was because it was 4-5 years ago. Rarely use them. You can print everything you need on an envelope or shipping label for packages. Well wort it to me. Send me a PM if you have any other questionsArlington, TX 1 large, 1 medium, 1 Mini Max, and a 22" Blackstone

I use it for shipping labels. Make sure you call them after the first few months whenever the promotion is up and try to cancel......they'll come you a few months and move you down to the unadvertised $10/month plan.
-
That explains the $10. Today at the PO a clerk was telling me it was only $9.99, but when I went to the site it says $15.99. Thanks!stlcharcoal said:I use it for shipping labels. That's good info. I've been paying the 15.99 for a while. I will call them tomorrow

I really should post more. I'm falling behind.

EPILOGUE: I joined last night only to discover they do not support any labels to fit on the 4x4x4 box size I use. I then tried to cancel the account and though automated there were 4 attempts to get me to reconsider. In fact one of the salvages was to cut the monthly fee from $15.99 clear down to only $4.99. I still was able to cancel with no charges assessed.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

so basically, any response of mine to any post of yours, in any way, is going to be taken by you as an attack, is that correct? with or without a "smiley" emoticon.RRP said:

Ah geeeez, Jeff
Sorry you took that one wrong! Since they have already let this thread sink few people will probably even see our latest dialogue. I will do better. Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
