I made my first lasagna on my egg. I did a small one for my wif and I.....and a large one to freeze. Used some fresh herds from the garden. Turned out well......

Ron, I set directly on the plate setter legs down. I ran the temp up to 375...and let cook covered (foil) for about 30 min. I removed the foil and cooked for about 25 more minutes. The second piece I ate was better then the first....as I did not let it rest long enough before digging in.YukonRon said:@northGAcock looks awesome. Temp/time? I am going to try this soon.

@northGAcock, great lasagna. Not sure why it would get buffaloed, mine didn't back last October. I love lasagna on the egg, gives it a little smokey flavor I like.
Here what I posted back in Oct.

Robin, thank you for the info. MBW and our children love this dish. I am somewhat leery about baking it on the BGE, as this is the only thing I cook indoors. But, if I have any luck even halfway near your posted results, I will not be using the oven indoors, again. The second pieces and next days with LO 'Zagna is always better than the first.northGAcock said:
