Are you going for pulled or sliced?   Either way it's gonna be good!

Looks great. The plate shot, too. Love the pulled beef. Did you smoke it all the way through or braise at some point?

I seasoned the roast with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Placed on grill indirect at 250 with a good amount of hickory and cherry wood chunks. Smoked for 4 hrs to 165 internal. Placed in a foil pan with I/2 jar of sliced pepperoncini, one diced onion and 1 can of beef broth. Covered pan with foil and cooked at 275 for 2 more hours. Removed roast from pan, strained out the onions and peppers, shredded the roast and returned to the pan and added the strained onions and peppers. Stirred in a little bbq sauce and returned to the egg for another 30 minutes with another cherry chunk.
