Cracked Firebox

I won my medium and I have no receipt for proof of purchase. Is there any chance of getting another firebox under some kind of warranty? My fir ring is cracked too. :(

I'm actually going to sell my egg, plate setter and table but I'm concerned with these 2 pieces cracked. Thanks.

Without it being registered, you're probably SOL, unless you maintained a great relationship with your dealer.
Fireboxes and firerings crack, price accordingly.

I never registered my XL I got back in 06 or so, had no trouble with the warranty. Contact bruce@biggreenegg.com, he was the fellow that helped me out. Explain to him that you won the Egg, would be surprised if he doesn't help you out

Agreed. I just took mine to the place I bought it. Took care of all the warranty stuff for me.

I emailed him at at 5:03 AM west coat time and heard back from him at 9:54 and he's covering both. That you SO MUCH for passing his email along.

Fire boxes are cheap anyway. ..I bought my eggs off CL , when my firebox needed to be replaced, went to the local dealet...they were going to warranty it without asking for any documents.....
