My bona fides for posting this on the EggHead Forum http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/comment/1943410#Comment_1943410 the steak came from last night's BGE cook.

Every single thing on the plate, except the eggs, was a leftover or something well on its way out. It felt like an episode of Chopped.

Was actually really good.
