Mine just cracked.... It is still holding together but I don't want to take a chance. I also noticed an airline crack at the bottom of my egg... Sad times.

I believe the warranty is 3 years. If you're past that, I'd look at getting an adjustable rack from Ceramic Grill Store. That's what I'm going to do once my current PS cracks.XL & Mini & knock off medium. Western North Carolina. Formerly Franklin, TN. Formerly in Palm Harbor, FL.

I have been told 2 years. But I'm not 100% certain on that. Just repeating what I have heard.

Glue it with JB Weld and Egg on......One large BGE in Louisville, KY.

You'll be fine. I used a broken plate setter for a long long time. With my adjustable rig and stone the platesetter seems analog in a digital world.

I could have sworn the dealer told me it was guaranteed for life when I purchased it... Has this changed over the years? I see that the date on the document that was posted is 2012, does anyone have prior versions?____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

My dealer told me 2 years. Could have just been a mistake on his part. But reading the info that Double posted above, it says 3 years for the plate setter. Wish I would have known that last summer. I would be sitting on a new plate setter right nowLocation- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Ask him. Maybe he will work it out if he told you that. Did it fail ?
