No, not shamu, black drum.
First time making this, turned out well. One of the recipes I found online had a white wine, lemon, butter reduction, so I did that and added some garlic.

The ole drum, most folks throw them back. Not me my friend, I throw them in hot grease. Awesome looking grub. Here is a fair one I snagged last summer.
