I went to a museum fund raiser gala tonight and one of the food stations was sporting an XL. Braised/seared pork belly and it was eggcellent.

It was a good time. I go to a lot of these functions. This one was outside and the weather was PERFECT. The pork belly was really good too! Best thing there by far.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

To be fair it was at the Beau Rivage Casino around the pool. But it was FOR a museum so I should still get smart points.Gamecockeggman said:I'm just impressed that you went to a museum.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum -
